The hydraulic drive compressor realizes high pressure pressurization through the area ratio of hydraulic cylinder and cylinder, the hydraulic system load is low  and the process difficulty is small. Compressor wearing parts only in-cylinder piston and piston rod seal, and very low line speed, long service life.

Our liquid drive compressor adopts the oil and gas cylinder separation structure, through the patented isolation cavity structure design, completely eliminate the hydraulic oil pollution of hydrogen, and can ensure the oil and gas separation even when the seal is damaged.

Multistage compression, low temperature, high unloading rate

Due to the use of multi-stage compression form,the single stage compression ratio is low, increase thestage cooling, the machine temperature is low, low energy consumption, help to extend the service life of the seal.

Unique control system to ensure efficient transmission

The reciprocating motion of the compressor adopts dynamic reversing control to ensure a very small gap and a very shortreversing time to improve the transmission efficiency andvolume efficiency. The average energy consumption of 45MPa compressor is less than 0.9kWh/kg.

Cryogenic Liquid Pump Skid

Flow rate: 50-50000 L/h (liquid), maximum outlet pressure: 70 MPa. The system (pump lever) has a high integration degree, and all components are installed in a complete set: the power system, vaporizer, control system, and pipeline system adopt point monitoring and PLC control, which can achieve automatic operation of the system. The system operation is simple, and only needs to connect the inlet and outlet pipelines, connect the power source or start it when used on site. The power system adopts a special design that can adapt to outdoor operations and frequent road transportation, with strong resistance to bumps, wind and sand erosion, and independent working ability.

  4. The unit is equipped with pump well temperature, pump well level and other monitoring equipment to ensure the stable operation of the submersible pump.

Low Temperature Reciprocating Pump

Industrial gas pump is mainly used for air separation products: liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide filling, gas supply system. The unit is  mainly single, double, three reciprocating pump. The flow rate is 30-5000 L / h, and the maximum outlet pressure is 35MPa. The motor can be equipped with electromagnetic speed regulating motor, fixed speed motor, variable frequency speed regulating motor, explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof variable frequency controlling motor according to the actual needs.

Valve

Valves usually use special materials and structural designs to adapt to extremely low temperature environments. Its main characteristics include:

  1. Good sealing performance: In low temperature environments, the valve sealing performance is stable and can effectively prevent medium leakage.
  2. Compact structure: For different working conditions and media, the structural design adopted by cryogenic valves can maintain sufficient compactness, which not only saves installation space, but also facilitates operation and maintenance.
  3. High degree of mechanical automation: Cryogenic valves usually have a high degree of mechanical automation and can achieve remote control and automatic adjustment.
